We provide full array of professional lawn care services to ensure your property reaches its full potential.

Fertilization

Fertilization plans are dependent on soil tests, which we perform twice per year on clients' lawns. We find majority of sodded lawns in West Lake Hill area to be shallow alkaline clays underlined by limestone, generally lacking all macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium) and organic matter, and being slightly but not detrimentally alkaline.

Our fertilization and soil amendments recommendations are based on your individual lawn conditions, and we only use professional grade products to ensure best results for your lawn.

Pest control (weeds and insects)

We are a licensed Agricultural Pesticide Commercial Business and we will create a plan that minimizes pests on your lawn while also minimizing the use of chemicals.

The most effective way to control weeds is a strong and healthy lawn, with proper watering schedule, which will choke out the majority of weeds. Next step is application of early spring and late fall pre-emergent, which will take care of the majority of warm-weather and cold-weather weeds that are not yet established. The last step is spot-treating of weeds that do manage to get established with selective herbicides.

Insects that are a major concern for our southern lawns are army worms (which eat blades of the grass) and grubs (which eat roots and can kill the plant). We generally recommend early fall and spring application of insecticide, although a single early fall application is sometimes sufficient.

Irrigation Maintenance

From simple system winterization to complete system upgrade and optimization, our professionals can inspect, optimize, and repair any issues with your irrigation system.

Keeping your irrigation system in top shape is crucial in our dry Central Texas climate and we offer a full range of services to meet your needs. Whether you have questions about dry spots in your lawn, have malfunctioning sprinkler heads or whole zones, need your irrigation wires traced and valves located, or need a whole system design, we are here for you.

Aeration

Aeration involves making small holes in the lawn so that air and water can reach the roots more easily. This is an important step in keeping our lawns healthy as it enables easier deep penetration of water and nutrients into soil, and decompacts clay soil we generally have in Central Texas.

Whether you want to maintain an already beautiful lawn, improve speed of recovery of dead patches of lawn, or improve the chances of seeding success, our core and spike aeration services can serve your needs.

Mowing

We offer weekly mowing services to our fertilization clients using top grade equipment and techniques, and also offer speciality mowing services (i.e. scalping or reel mowing) for clients wanting to keep their lawns in top shape.
